Home Ranch LLC is owned by Angela Lytle.  Angela grew up on a ranch that her great grandfather homesteaded on in the late 1800’s. She has four sisters and two brothers. She grew up helping with ranch chores. She was in charge of the chickens mainly, but also would help out with milking cows, feeding pigs and sheep.

Angela was a member of 4-H and FFA, and spent time in the rodeo arena competing in Barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, breakaway roping, ribbon roping, and team roping. Angela had the honor of being named Miss Rodeo South Dakota in 1987.

While studying in college for an accounting degree, Angela met and married Rusty Lytle.

She moved to his family ranch by Wall, South Dakota. They have four boys and four grandchildren.

Two of the boys are still working on the ranch.

Angela was a stay-at-home mom and a 4-H leader while her kids were growing up. 

She also found time to do some barrel racing.

Angela loves to sew quilts, read, garden and cook.

 

Hoping to supplement the ranch income Angela enrolled in an agritourism school that got her interested in hosting campers.
